Dubai, United Arab Emirates--(Newsfile Corp. - August 22, 2026) - GenZone LLC today announced the launch of a unified client platform that allows founders to establish and manage both a United Arab Emirates company and a United States Limited Liability Company (LLC) from a single account. The platform consolidates document storage, compliance deadlines and banking status for both entities into one portal, replacing the separate provider relationships and logins clients previously maintained across the two jurisdictions.

The launch brings GenZone's United States LLC formation service into the same system as its existing United Arab Emirates formation service, so that clients operating both structures work from one compliance calendar and one assigned point of contact.
"Founders operating in two jurisdictions were tracking deadlines across separate systems that were never designed to speak to each other," said Kevin McKenzie, Co-Founder, GenZone LLC. "The platform was built so that a company in Dubai and an LLC in the United States appear in the same place, with the same record of what has been filed and what is due."

Under the United Arab Emirates process, GenZone states that registration typically occurs in the first week and can largely be completed remotely, followed by an entry permit in approximately the second week. Residency processing, which includes a medical appointment, biometrics and issuance of an Emirates ID, takes place in the third week following the founder's arrival, with personal and business banking generally concluding in the fourth week. The company notes that this schedule applies where the entity is registered under the correct free zone and activity classification at the outset, as such registrations generally cannot be amended and must be dissolved and refiled if incorrectly structured.
For the United States component, GenZone reports that LLC filings are typically completed within one business day, with Employer Identification Number (EIN) issuance following in three to five business days and banking access two to three business days after that. An EIN is required before a newly formed LLC can open a United States business bank account, obtain approval from payment processors, or execute contracts requiring a United States taxpayer identification number.

"The EIN determines the timeline for everything downstream, so the sequence was built around obtaining it first," said Shayan Nasiri, Co-Founder, GenZone LLC. "Registration and banking were previously handled on separate schedules. Bringing them into one workflow was the reason for building the platform."
The United States LLC service is available to founders based outside the United States who require a domestic entity to serve international clients or access United States payment infrastructure. It is not offered to United States citizens or residents.
To date, GenZone reports having formed more than 1,400 companies and supported the opening of more than 2,500 bank accounts for clients based in more than 50 countries.
