At launch, the studio and website will operate as one local business. Floral arrangements will be prepared at al. Polski Walczącej 30, unit U3/A, 00-712 Warsaw, while the online store presents ordering information in Polish, English and Russian. The service is intended exclusively for recipient addresses within Warsaw, including orders initiated elsewhere in Poland or abroad.

IFIORA's English-language storefront presents the new business, current floral formats and operating terms to English-speaking residents and international senders. Customer support is available in all three published languages.

A New Studio and Online Platform Opening Together

The opening will establish IFIORA as a Warsaw florist with one local studio and a citywide delivery area. Studio and support hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00-17:00. The studio is closed on Sundays, and no Sunday delivery is offered. Preparation and delivery of an accepted order may continue after customer-facing hours until fulfilment is complete.

The launch model connects digital access with physical floristry. Product descriptions, available sizes, prices and stock information appear in the online store, while florists prepare confirmed orders at the Mokotów studio. Individual product pages remain the source for the current composition, size and availability of each design.

The range includes hand-tied bouquets, roses, flower boxes, flower baskets, single-variety arrangements, birthday flowers, wedding flowers, funeral and sympathy pieces, potted plants and selected accessories. Seasonal supply changes throughout the year, so a flower variety, stem count or design is treated as available only when displayed for purchase or confirmed for an accepted order.

Hand-arranged bouquets are available for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, expressions of thanks, sympathy and occasions without a formal label. Standard wrapping and a greeting card carrying the sender's message are included with a confirmed floral order at no additional charge. Chocolates and balloons are optional paid additions when available.

IFIORA purchases flowers frequently in small batches from trusted suppliers and prepares arrangements locally. Eligible fresh-flower orders are covered by a seven-day freshness guarantee when the applicable care conditions are followed. Product-specific details and the terms displayed at the time of purchase remain controlling.

Warsaw-Only Delivery Terms Published at Launch

The launch includes standard and express options documented on the English page for flower delivery in Warsaw. The company delivers throughout Warsaw but does not deliver beyond the city boundary. Orders may originate in any country, but every recipient address must remain within Warsaw.

Standard delivery usually takes three to four hours after an order has been accepted. The standard fee is 29 zł for an order below 500 zł, while standard delivery is free for an order valued at 500 zł or more. The stated duration is an estimate rather than an exact-time guarantee.

Same-day flower delivery may be available when an order is accepted before 16:00, Monday through Saturday. Eligibility depends on the selected arrangement, flower availability, a confirmed delivery slot and current studio capacity. Submission before the cut-off does not independently guarantee same-day fulfilment.

AD

Express delivery of up to two hours costs 50 zł and requires advance contact or prior arrangement. The recipient address, required flowers and current capacity must be confirmed before the express option is accepted. Express delivery is not an automatically available checkout method and is not guaranteed at all times.

Public-holiday availability requires separate confirmation. Delivery may serve homes, workplaces, hotels, restaurants, ceremony venues and other suitable addresses within Warsaw. The same city boundary, pricing rules and confirmation requirements apply across the capital.

English Access for International Senders

The English storefront supports residents who prefer English and people arranging flowers from outside Poland for a recipient in Warsaw. A dedicated guide explains how to send flowers to Warsaw from abroad, including the local-address requirement, ordering sequence, delivery fees, time conditions and included items.

AD

An overseas sender may select an arrangement shown as available, provide the recipient's Warsaw address, add a greeting-card message and use a delivery option displayed or confirmed for that order. The arrangement is then prepared in Mokotów and delivered locally. IFIORA accepts international orders but does not claim international flower delivery, because the flowers themselves remain within Warsaw.

English and Russian access accompany the Polish storefront so that operational information can be reviewed before an order is accepted. Each language version communicates the same citywide boundary, studio schedule, conditional same-day rule, express-confirmation requirement and basic fee structure.

According to IFIORA, the opening was designed around one local operating structure: a Mokotów studio, arrangements prepared by florists, three-language information and delivery terms confirmed for each order. Multilingual ordering broadens access to the local service without expanding the delivery territory beyond Warsaw.

Local Preparation for Celebratory and Sensitive Occasions

Every confirmed floral order is prepared at the Mokotów studio rather than forwarded to a nationwide fulfilment network. Preparation, customer communication and city delivery therefore remain within one local operation.

Birthday flowers may include seasonal mixed bouquets, roses, flower boxes or baskets. Wedding flowers in Warsaw may include bridal bouquets, ceremony flowers and table arrangements developed through individual consultation. Romantic, anniversary, corporate and everyday designs provide further catalogue options, subject to live product availability.

Funeral flowers in Warsaw include bouquets, wreaths, sprays and restrained compositions. Time-sensitive funeral orders require an exact Warsaw address, ceremony date and delivery information so that design and delivery-slot availability can be checked before acceptance. The form, scale and flower selection remain subject to the details confirmed for the order.

A Defined Entry into Warsaw's Florist Market

IFIORA will enter the Warsaw market as an independent florist rather than a marketplace, delivery application or nationwide relay service. The first public launch establishes the brand's physical location, online catalogue, multilingual ordering and local fulfilment model at the same time.

The physical studio provides a place for floral preparation and customer support, while the online platform communicates current products and conditions. Together, they create one service for Warsaw recipients and for senders located elsewhere, with the city limit of every accepted delivery stated clearly.
