Mr. Adnams brings more than three decades of experience spanning global investment banking, institutional capital markets, hedge fund portfolio management, private equity, infrastructure finance and strategic advisory. His career includes senior leadership positions with Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch, management of global emerging market investment strategies, and advisory work on major infrastructure, renewable energy, mining, telecommunications and critical minerals transactions across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

As Chief Investment & Capital Markets Officer, Mr. Adnams will oversee Tersis' global capital formation strategy, institutional investor relations, project finance, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, licensing structures and innovative financing initiatives. He will work closely with executive leadership to support the Company's international commercialization strategy and long term objective of becoming a leading global developer of sustainable infrastructure projects.

His background combines financial engineering with practical experience in renewable energy, battery storage, critical minerals, industrial manufacturing and emerging market infrastructure, making him uniquely suited to support Tersis' global growth strategy.
