Its products cater to a diverse clientele including animal feed manufacturers, livestock producers, flour and corn millers, other oilseed processors, third-party edible oil and biofuel companies, as well as industrial and biodiesel applications. The Refined and Specialty Oils segment provides a comprehensive range of packaged and bulk edible oils and fats. This includes cooking oils, shortenings, margarines, mayonnaise, and specialized ingredients for baked goods. Its customers span bakeries, snack food producers, confectioners, restaurant chains, foodservice operators, infant nutrition companies, and other food manufacturers, in addition to grocery chains, wholesalers, and distributors. Within the Milling segment, Bunge supplies various flour and grain products. Offerings include wheat flours and bakery mixes; corn milling products such as dry-milled corn meals and flours, wet-milled masa and flours, and flaking and brewer's grits; and blends like soy-fortified corn meal and corn-soy blends. Furthermore, this segment provides whole grain and fiber ingredients, quinoa, millet, die-cut pellets, and non-GMO options. The Sugar and Bioenergy segment focuses on the production of sugar and ethanol, while also generating electricity by combusting sugarcane residue, known as bagasse.
