WisdomTree FTSE 250 1x Daily Short is a fully collateralised, UCITS eligible Exchange Traded Product (ETP) designed to provide investors with a short exposure to the FTSE 250. The ETP tracks the FTSE 250 Daily Short Strategy RT Gross TR Index (MCXI1X), providing a total return comprised of -1 times the daily performance of the FTSE 250 TR Index, adjusted to reflect fees as well as the costs and revenues inherent to shorting stocks. For example, if the FTSE 250 TR Index rises by 1% over a day, then the ETP will fall by 1%, excluding fees. However if the FTSE 250 TR Index falls by 1% over a day, then the ETP will rise by 1%, excluding fees.
