The fund seeks to deliver income returns by actively managing a portfolio of debt securities from government and corporate entities worldwide. This exposure can be acquired through multiple avenues, such as investments in other income-oriented ETFs (including those administered by TDAM), direct purchases of debt and other income-generating securities, or the strategic use of derivatives. However, the primary method for gaining market exposure remains through ETFs. Furthermore, the portfolio manager retains the discretion to dynamically reallocate investments within fixed income and currency markets, and may deploy capital into cash or cash equivalents if deemed prudent.
