The company also provides construction and decoration, investing and management consulting, financing, and commercial and health management services, as well as nutrition and health counseling services; and software development services. In addition, it offers community services for the aged; information transmission and technology service; and scientific research and technical services. The company was formerly known as SPG Land (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited in August 2013.
