Its Modern Services Business and Others segment engages in the leasing and sale of properties, loan financing, trading of other products, maintenance and repair for home appliances, macro-logistics services, construction development, financial leasing, and property operation for industrial parks. The company also engages in the sale and distribution of reception facilities of digital televisions; development and holding of properties; treasury management activities; and provision of advertising services through its online platform. The company was formerly known as Skyworth Digital Holdings Limited and changed its name to Skyworth Group Limited in June 2019. Skyworth Group Limited was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
