The company was formerly known as Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Limited and changed its name to China Dredging Environment Protection Holdings Limited in January 2014. China Dredging Environment Protection Holdings Limited was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Yancheng, the People's Republic of China.
