Description
uniQure N.V. is a pioneering gene therapy company dedicated to discovering and developing therapeutic solutions for individuals afflicted with severe genetic and other debilitating illnesses. Its flagship program, Etranacogene dezaparvovec (AMT-061), is currently in a pivotal Phase III HOPE-B clinical trial for treating hemophilia B. The company's robust pipeline extends to several other promising candidates, including AMT-130, a gene therapy undergoing Phase I/II studies for Huntington's disease, and AMT-060, also in Phase I/II for hemophilia B.
