The Integrated Capacity Solutions (ICS) segment delivers comprehensive freight brokerage and transportation logistics services. ICS also provides an online multimodal marketplace and facilitates logistics management for clients seeking to outsource their transportation functions. Final Mile Services (FMS) specializes in delivery services, operating with 1,272 company-owned trucks, 272 customer-owned trucks, and 19 independent contractor trucks. This segment also utilizes 1,036 owned trailing units and 185 customer-owned trailers. Finally, the Truckload (JBT) segment provides dry-van freight services primarily across roads and highways. It employs a fleet of 734 company-owned tractors and 11,172 company-owned trailers. JBT transports or arranges for the shipment of a wide array of goods, including general merchandise, specialty consumer items, household appliances, forest and paper products, food and beverages, construction materials, personal care products, automotive parts, agricultural products, electronics, and chemicals.
