Its operations are structured across five key divisions: Post Consumer Brands, Weetabix, Foodservice, Refrigerated Retail, and BellRing Brands. The Post Consumer Brands segment is responsible for the production, marketing, and sale of both proprietary and private-label ready-to-eat (RTE) and hot cereal products. This division supplies its offerings to a broad array of retail channels, including grocery chains, mass merchandise outlets, supercenters, club stores, natural and specialty retailers, drugstores, as well as military bases, e-commerce platforms, and foodservice providers. Globally, the Weetabix segment primarily focuses on the distribution and marketing of branded and private-label RTE cereals, hot cereals, other cereal-based food items, breakfast beverages, and muesli. Its products reach consumers through grocery stores, discount retailers, wholesalers, convenience stores, and online sales channels. The Foodservice segment specializes in manufacturing and distributing egg and potato products for both the foodservice industry and as food ingredients. It principally serves foodservice distributors and major national restaurant chains. Within the Refrigerated Retail segment, the company produces and delivers a variety of chilled items, such as side dishes, eggs and egg products, sausages, cheese, and other dairy and refrigerated goods. These items are typically sold to grocery stores and mass merchandise customers. Finally, the BellRing Brands segment is dedicated to the marketing and distribution of ready-to-drink (RTD) protein shakes, other RTD beverages, nutritional powders, protein bars, and supplements. Its expansive distribution network encompasses club stores, general food, drug, and mass retailers, online merchants, specialty retailers, convenience stores, and various distributors.
