The Fund's primary objective is to achieve sustained capital growth. This objective is pursued by mirroring the performance of a specific benchmark index, which focuses on the equity performance of major and mid-sized companies operating in developed European nations. Its investment strategy dictates a substantial, almost full, allocation to common stocks. A minimum of two-thirds of its core net assets (excluding incidental liquid holdings) will consistently be channeled into equities precisely identified by the index's tailored screening criteria. The remaining portion, up to one-third of these principal assets, has the flexibility to be collectively invested in convertible securities, equity-linked notes, and short-duration fixed income instruments.
