Description
Forbo Holding AG, established in 1928 and headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, is a global enterprise that manufactures and distributes premium flooring solutions, construction adhesives, and specialized power transmission and conveyor belts. The company operates through two main divisions. The Flooring Systems division is responsible for developing, producing, and marketing an extensive range of floor coverings. This includes resilient linoleum and vinyl flooring, sophisticated entrance systems, carpet tiles, needle felt, washable textile floorings, and various building and installation adhesives. Under its Eurocol brand, this division also supplies ready-mixed adhesives for flooring, parquet, and ceramic tile installations, as well as leveling compounds for construction and liquid flooring products. These diverse offerings are widely utilized in public facilities, retail environments, healthcare establishments, educational institutions, commercial offices, leisure centers, hotels, restaurants, and private residences. The Movement Systems division specializes in advanced belt technologies. Operating under the well-known Siegling brand, it provides a comprehensive portfolio of conveyor and processing belts, plastic modular belts, power transmission belts, and timing and flat belts. These essential components are integral to a broad spectrum of industrial, trade, and service sector applications, including conveyor belts for the food industry, treadmill belts for fitness centers, and flat belts crucial for mail distribution centers.
