It is designed to track three times the daily performance of the Bloomberg Coffee Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMKC). The product's total return comprises this leveraged daily movement and any interest income generated, adjusted for associated fees and costs. For illustration, a 1% increase in the Bloomberg Coffee Sub Excess Return Index over a single day would typically result in a 3% gain for the ETC, excluding charges. Conversely, a 1% daily fall in the index would lead to a 3% decrease in the ETC's value, before fees.
