The WisdomTree Gold 3x Daily Leveraged is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that is entirely backed by collateral. It's designed to offer investors a magnified way to track the price movements of gold. This ETC aims to deliver a total return equivalent to three times the daily performance of the Solactive Gold Commodity Futures SL Index (SOLWSGC1). This return calculation also incorporates any interest earned, after accounting for the various fees and expenses associated with the product. For illustration, if the Solactive Gold Commodity Futures SL Index increases by 1% over a single day, the ETC is expected to rise by approximately 3% (before fees). Conversely, a 1% decline in the index during the same day would typically result in a 3% decrease in the ETC's value, prior to charges.
