The WisdomTree DAX 3x Daily Leveraged is an Exchange Traded Product (ETP), fully backed by collateral and meeting UCITS compliance standards. This ETP's purpose is to give investors a magnified, or leveraged, exposure to the DAX stock market index. It achieves this by mirroring the LevDAX x3 TR Index (LEVDAX3), which means it targets a total return equivalent to three times the daily movement of the DAX Index. This calculated return takes into account all management fees and expenses inherent in sustaining a leveraged position in stocks. For illustration, a 1% rise in the DAX Index over a day would typically result in a 3% increase for this ETP (before fees), while a 1% fall in the DAX Index on the same day would lead to a 3% decrease in the ETP's value (excluding fees).
