This WisdomTree Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) provides investors with amplified exposure to the sugar market, being entirely collateralised. It aims to deliver a total return equivalent to three times the daily fluctuations of the Bloomberg Sugar Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMSB), plus any interest income generated, after accounting for all relevant product charges and expenses. For illustration, a 1% daily gain in the Bloomberg Sugar Sub Excess Return Index would typically result in a 3% increase in the ETC's value, prior to fees. Conversely, a 1% daily decline in the index would generally lead to a 3% decrease in the ETC's value, also before considering fees.
