This fully collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) from WisdomTree is designed to provide investors with amplified exposure to the wheat market. Its total return aims to replicate three times the daily performance of the Bloomberg Wheat Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMWH), in addition to interest revenue, after accounting for product-related fees and costs. For illustration, a 1% daily increase in the BCOMWH index would generally lead to a 3% rise in the ETC's value (prior to fees), while a 1% daily decline in the index would correspond to an approximate 3% fall in the ETC, also before the deduction of fees.
