The company offers commercial property operational services under the COCO Park, COCO City, COCO Garden, iCO, and Top Living brands. It serves shopping centers, and streets and commercial complexes. As of December 31, 2021, the company offered operation services to a total of 84 commercial property projects located in 25 cities.
