Description

The fund's main strategy is to primarily invest a minimum of 80% of its total assets (including any borrowed funds used for investment) in common and preferred stocks that pay dividends, under normal market circumstances. Additionally, it has the flexibility to allocate capital to a variety of other securities, which may include shares of small and mid-sized companies, convertible securities, further preferred stocks, rights, warrants, and other collective investment schemes, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
