The fund predominantly allocates its capital to exchange-traded funds (ETFs). These underlying ETFs primarily focus on one of three areas: equity securities, fixed-income securities, or cash equivalents. The fund specifically defines equity securities to include common and preferred stocks, as well as ETFs that predominantly hold such shares. Likewise, fixed-income securities encompass various debt instruments like bonds, notes, and debentures, alongside ETFs primarily invested in these. A fundamental investment rule mandates that at least 80% of the fund's assets—calculated as net assets plus any borrowed funds for investment—be committed to ETFs at the point of purchase.
