The Evolve Global Materials & Mining Enhanced Yield Index ETF (BASE) aims to closely mirror the returns of the Solactive Materials & Mining Index, or any subsequent benchmark, prior to the deduction of fees and expenses. A secondary objective is to temper potential downside volatility. The fund primarily allocates capital to shares of international firms involved in the creation, extraction, or processing of metals and other essential materials. Simultaneously, the ETF implements an income-generating strategy by writing covered call options on up to 33% of its holdings, a decision made at the Manager's discretion. The specific proportion of covered call positions is adaptable and may shift based on market conditions, including prevailing volatility.
