The Invesco CoinShares Global Blockchain UCITS ETF Acc is designed to closely match the net total return performance of its benchmark, the CoinShares Blockchain Global Equity Index (referred to as the "Reference Index"), after accounting for management fees. This fund provides investors with exposure to a diverse array of companies globally, encompassing both developed and emerging markets, that are either actively participating in or demonstrate the potential to benefit from the evolving blockchain ecosystem. The Reference Index itself is structured to dynamically adapt alongside the advancement of blockchain technology. It's important to note that the weighting of individual securities within the fund is subject to market liquidity and UCITS regulatory requirements. Solactive AG is responsible for computing and distributing this index on behalf of CoinShares, a specialized investment firm focusing on digital assets. To achieve its investment goal, the fund endeavors to acquire and hold, as far as practically feasible, all the securities that constitute the Reference Index in their respective proportional weightings. The fund's portfolio undergoes rebalancing on a quarterly basis to align with any adjustments made to the Reference Index, which also undergoes its own periodic review and rebalancing each quarter. It's relevant to mention that prior to October 29, 2021, this ETF was identified as the Invesco Elwood Global Blockchain UCITS ETF; however, this name change had no bearing on its investment objective or any other product characteristics. Additionally, the underlying index was renamed from Elwood Blockchain Global Equity Index to CoinShares Blockchain Global Equity Index on October 15, 2021. For comprehensive information about the index, visitors can refer to CoinShares.com. This ETF employs a passive management approach, meaning an investment represents the acquisition of units in a passively managed, index-tracking fund, rather than direct ownership of the fund's underlying assets.
