This Invesco Global Buyback Achievers UCITS ETF is designed to mirror the net total return performance of the NASDAQ Global Buyback Achievers Index, after deducting all fees. The fund provides quarterly dividend distributions. Its benchmark index is composed of companies identified by two sub-indices: the NASDAQ US Buyback Achievers Index, which lists American corporations that have decreased their outstanding shares by 5% or more over the past year, and the NASDAQ International BuyBack Achievers Index, which includes non-US companies meeting a similar 5% or greater share reduction threshold in their most recent fiscal year. The fund achieves its investment goal by utilizing a full physical replication method, meaning it endeavors to purchase and hold every security in the index in its exact proportion, and it rebalances its portfolio whenever the index itself is rebalanced. As a passively managed, index-tracking fund, investing in this ETF means acquiring units in the fund itself, rather than directly owning the underlying assets it holds.
