WisdomTree Carbon is a fully collateralized Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that meets UCITS standards, offering investors comprehensive total return exposure to Carbon futures contracts. Its primary objective is to mirror the performance of the Solactive Carbon Emission Allowances Rolling Futures Total Return Index (SOLCARBT). The ETC achieves this by tracking the Solactive Carbon Emission Allowances Rolling Futures Excess Return Index and integrating the interest revenue, after accounting for all product-related fees and operational expenses. Consequently, if the Solactive Carbon Emission Allowances Rolling Futures Total Return Index rises by 1% on a particular day, the ETC is expected to increase by 1% as well, before any fees are applied. Conversely, a 1% decline in the index over the same period would result in a corresponding 1% drop for the ETC, also prior to fee deductions.
