This investment vehicle commits a minimum of 80% of its net capital to shares of large-sized corporations. Structured as a feeder fund, it allocates almost all of its holdings to the C&B Large Cap Value Portfolio, a master portfolio with an essentially identical investment aim and closely aligned strategic methodologies. Its primary focus is on large-capitalization equities, specifically defining these as companies whose market value falls within the parameters of the Russell 1000® Index at the time of acquisition.
