The Fund is a passively managed index-tracking fund that seeks to provide investors with investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield of the Nasdaq CTA Cybersecurity Exclusions IndexTM (the “Index”) before fees and expenses. The rules-based Index is designed to track the performance of companies engaged in the cybersecurity segment of the technology and industrials sectors.
