The WisdomTree Coffee Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) is a fully collateralised and UCITS eligible financial instrument designed to give investors complete return access to the world of coffee futures contracts. This ETC aims to precisely mirror the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Coffee Subindex 4W Total Return Index (BCOMKC4T). It achieves this total return by tracking the Bloomberg Coffee Sub Excess Return Index and incorporating any interest revenue earned, after accounting for all associated product fees and costs. In practical terms, this means that if the BCOMKC4T index increases by 1% over a day, the ETC is expected to rise by 1%, excluding its own fees. Conversely, should the index fall by 1% in a day, the ETC would similarly decline by 1%, before the deduction of fees.
