The fund aims to achieve significant long-term capital growth for its shareholders. Under typical conditions, at least 80% of its net assets (including any funds borrowed for investment) are invested in the stocks of large capitalization companies. These companies are defined as those whose market values, at the time of purchase, fall within the range of companies represented by the Russell 1000® Value Index.
