The fund primarily targets investments in debt instruments issued by entities located in developing nations, with these securities denominated in their respective domestic currencies rather than U.S. dollars. Under standard market conditions, the Advisor will dedicate at least 80% of the fund's net assets, including any capital acquired through borrowing for investment, to these local currency-denominated bonds from emerging markets. This portfolio is classified as non-diversified.
