The Invesco Euro Corporate Hybrid Bond UCITS ETF Dist endeavors to replicate the investment returns of the Bloomberg Euro Universal Corporate ex Financials Hybrid Capital Securities 8% Capped Bond Index, net of its operational expenses. Income generated by the fund is distributed to investors every quarter. The underlying Reference Index tracks the performance of fixed-rate hybrid bonds, denominated in Euros, which are issued by non-financial corporations or government-affiliated bodies. For enhanced market liquidity and credit integrity, the index incorporates several stipulations for inclusion: component securities must possess a minimum issuance size of €500 million, an original maturity of at least 1.5 years, and a credit assessment of at least Ba2/BB/BB. An additional rule limits any individual security's weighting to a maximum of 8% of the index's total valuation. This benchmark index undergoes monthly rebalancing. The fund pursues its objective through full physical replication. This means it aims to acquire and retain, to the greatest extent practicable, every security present in the index according to its given weighting. The fund's portfolio is rebalanced concurrently with the index's monthly adjustments. This Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) operates under a passive management strategy. Purchasing this fund represents an investment in its units, which is a passively managed, index-tracking collective investment scheme, not a direct stake in the underlying securities themselves.
