This passively managed sub-fund endeavors to mirror, before expenses, the price and income performance of its benchmark, the J.P. Morgan USD EM IG ESG Diversified Bond Index (Total Return). This index is constructed to track the returns of US Dollar-denominated, investment-grade, fixed and floating-rate debt securities issued by sovereign, quasi-sovereign, and corporate entities within emerging markets. The sub-fund achieves its objective by investing in the constituent securities of this index. Additionally, the currency-hedged share classes aim to diminish the impact of exchange rate fluctuations between their reference currency and the index currency by utilizing one-month forward currency contracts.
