The S&P 500 THEAM EASY UCITS ETF Subfund (referred to as the "Subfund") is designed to precisely mirror the investment performance of the S&P 500 index, irrespective of market movements. As an indexed investment vehicle, it endeavors to keep the absolute deviation between its net asset value growth and the index's growth (known as tracking error) below 1%. Should this 1% target be exceeded, the tracking error is strictly capped, and must not, under any circumstances, surpass 5% of the S&P 500 index's volatility.
