Description

The fund seeks to provide exposure to Ether (ETH) through an institutional-quality fund platform. ETH holdings are purchased for the ETF in the OTC market through counterparties approved by the sub-advisor. ETH is priced based on an index designed to measure the performance of a single ETH traded in US dollars. As the fund is passively managed, holdings will not be hedged or repositioned to attempt to take defensive positions if the price of ETH declines or is expected to decline. The ETF does not intend to use derivatives, and generally wont employ any forms of leverage to acquire ETH, except for temporary short-term basis. The fund may hold cash and cash equivalents or other money market instruments in order to meet its current obligations.
