This ETF aims to mirror the performance of businesses leading the technological transformation within the manufacturing and broader industrial landscape. It strategically invests in companies across several key innovation pillars: Advanced Robotics, Augmented Reality & 3D Printing, Cloud & Big Data, Cyber Security, and the Internet of Things (IoT). For portfolio construction, the fund typically identifies the top ten largest and most liquid companies (by market capitalization) within each of these segments. However, for firms specifically in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector, an additional criterion — their R&D-to-Sales Ratio — is also considered, emphasizing their commitment to innovation. All selected holdings are equally weighted within the portfolio, which is then rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
