The WisdomTree Long USD Short GBP is a UCITS-eligible, fully collateralised Exchange Traded Product (ETP) structured to offer investors exposure to the U.S. Dollar's performance against the British Pound. This investment vehicle closely mirrors the MSFXSM Long US Dollar/GBP Total Return Index (MSCEGUL). Its overall return is generated from the day-to-day fluctuations of foreign exchange forward contracts, taking a long position in USD and a short position in GBP, combined with interest earnings, all after accounting for product-related expenses and charges. For illustration, should the U.S. Dollar strengthen by 1% relative to the British Pound over a single day, the ETP's value would appreciate by 1%, excluding fees. Conversely, a 1% decline in the U.S. Dollar against the British Pound within a day would lead to a corresponding 1% decrease in the ETP's value, also prior to fees.
