The Invesco Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF Dist aims to provide the net total return performance of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index (the “Reference Index”), less the impact of fees. The fund distributes dividends on a quarterly basis. The Reference Index is designed to track the performance of global companies whose innovative technologies focus on the generation and use of cleaner energy, energy conservation, efficiency and the advancement of renewable energy. It is calculated by equally weighting each security and is rebalanced quarterly. The Reference Index is composed mainly of companies focused in wind, solar, biofuels, hydro, wave, tidal, geothermal and other relevant renewable energy businesses, as well as energy conversion, storage, conservation, efficiency, materials relating to those activities, carbon and greenhouse gas reduction, pollution control, emerging hydrogen and fuel cells. Securities must also meet certain liquidity and tradability criteria to be eligible for inclusion. The fund aims to achieve its objective by buying and holding, as far as possible and practical, all the securities in the Reference Index in their respective weightings. The fund will aim to rebalance its holdings whenever the Reference Index is rebalanced. This ETF is passively managed. An investment in this fund is an acquisition of units in a passively managed, index tracking fund rather than in the underlying assets owned by the fund.
