The company engages in developing PUREVAPTM Quartz Reduction Reactors (QRR), a process that permits the transformation of quartz into silicon. It is also involved in developing a process that uses material produced by the QRR as feedstock to make a range of nano/micro spherical powders and nanowires; and a plasma-based process that allows direct quartz to fumed silica transformation.
