The Janus Henderson Multi-Sector Income Fund generally aims to achieve its investment objective by focusing its capital predominantly on a diversified collection of debt instruments. This portfolio comprises both U.S. and international fixed-income securities, with varying maturation periods, chosen by the portfolio managers for their strong potential to generate income. Ordinarily, the fund restricts its holdings of speculative-grade (or "junk") bonds to no more than 65% of its total net assets. However, in exceptional market situations, such as receiving a larger-than-anticipated allocation of new security offerings, this limit may be temporarily exceeded.
