The fund's environmental and social characteristics are primarily shaped by the R-Factor scores incorporated into its benchmark index. These R-Factor scores offer a comprehensive ESG assessment, identifying financially material metrics that highlight long-term sustainability drivers across environmental impact, human capital, social capital, business models, leadership, and corporate governance. Additionally, the underlying index rigorously excludes issuers involved in extreme event controversies, controversial weapons, violations of United Nations Global Compact principles, civilian firearms, thermal coal extraction, and tobacco companies.
