Kaman Corporation is a diverse enterprise actively engaged in the aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial sectors. Its operations are organized into three primary divisions: Engineered Products, Precision Products, and Structures. The Engineered Products division specializes in manufacturing and distributing aircraft bearings and related components, high-precision miniature ball bearings, and various spring-energized seals, springs, and electrical contacts. Through its Precision Products division, Kaman develops and supplies crucial safe and arming mechanisms for missile and bomb systems utilized by the U.S. and its allied militaries. This division also undertakes subcontract helicopter work, performs refurbishment, modification, and continuous support for its SH-2G Super Seasprite maritime helicopters, and produces and maintains its K-MAX heavy-lift manned helicopter, along with the K-MAX TITAN and KARGO UAV unmanned aerial systems. The Structures division provides advanced metallic and composite aerostructures for commercial, military, and general aviation aircraft, encompassing both fixed-wing and rotary-wing models.
