The WisdomTree Silver 2x Daily Leveraged is an Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC) that is fully backed by collateral. This financial instrument is designed to provide investors with an amplified, or "leveraged," exposure to the price movements of silver. The total return generated by this ETC is calculated as twice the daily performance of the Bloomberg Silver Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMSI). This return also includes interest revenue, with both components adjusted to account for the product's various fees and operating costs. To illustrate, if the Bloomberg Silver Sub Excess Return Index increases by 1% within a single day, the ETC's value would typically rise by 2%, before fees are factored in. Conversely, a 1% daily decrease in the index would generally lead to a 2% decline in the ETC, again prior to considering fees.
