Description

This Exchange Traded Commodity (ETC), offered by WisdomTree, provides investors with an amplified, twice-daily exposure to the sugar market. It is fully collateralized and designed to track the daily performance of the Bloomberg Sugar Sub Excess Return Index (BCOMSB) by a factor of two. The total return includes this leveraged performance, plus any interest income, minus applicable fees and operating expenses. For instance, if the Bloomberg Sugar Sub Excess Return Index advances by 1% in a single day, this ETC is expected to rise by 2% before accounting for charges. Conversely, a 1% decline in the index on any given day would typically lead to a corresponding 2% decrease in the ETC, also prior to fees.
