Under normal market conditions, this fund dedicates at least 80% of its total investment capital, which includes net assets and any borrowed funds, to equity securities issued by U.S. companies. While it has the discretion to invest in businesses of any market size, it generally concentrates on acquiring shares of companies with market capitalizations of $100 million or more at the time of purchase.
