This fund predominantly directs its capital, typically at least 80% of its net assets (factoring in any borrowed funds for investment), into "green bonds." These are debt instruments where all generated proceeds are specifically allocated to finance initiatives that the Adviser determines will deliver a positive environmental impact. The portfolio also maintains a global diversification, allocating a minimum of 40% of its investments to entities based outside the United States, with the flexibility to commit up to 20% of its assets to securities issued by companies in emerging markets.
