Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is a recently launched, self-managed investment vehicle. Structured as an unincorporated, open-ended trust, it was legally constituted under a declaration of trust in accordance with Ontario provincial law. The REIT's core mission is to acquire and oversee a portfolio of profitable manufactured housing communities situated across Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee. This also encompasses managing a fleet of manufactured homes available for lease to residents within these communities.
