Description

The NBI Global Private Equity ETF seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by closely mirroring, before fees and expenses, the performance of a global private equity index. This index is designed to track the investment returns of publicly traded private equity entities. At present, the ETF aligns itself with the Morningstar PitchBook Developed Markets Listed Private Equity Select Index (or any subsequent equivalent). To achieve its goal, the fund allocates capital, either directly or through investments in other mutual funds, into a portfolio primarily composed of securities from private equity companies and investment vehicles listed across global markets.
