The fund builds its portfolio mainly through direct or indirect investments (via other mutual funds) in bonds issued by the Canadian federal or provincial governments, or by Canadian corporations. Generally, the portion of the fund's net assets invested in foreign securities is not anticipated to surpass approximately 30%.
