Its actively managed portfolio is designed to be flexible, allowing investments in diverse security types such as common and preferred stocks, real estate investment trusts (REITs), convertible bonds, a range of fixed-income instruments (from investment-grade to high-yield), floating-rate debt, and various asset- or mortgage-backed securities.
